LINX: A Rebranding Journey
LINX, a product of InfoLink, has been a cornerstone of Trinidad & Tobago's financial landscape for decades. Initially conceived as a local debit card switching infrastructure, InfoLink's vision expanded to encompass broader cooperative financial services.
In 2018, a significant technological advancement occurred with the implementation of pin chip technology. This enhanced security feature further solidified LINX's position as a trusted financial solution.
As LINX continued to evolve and integrate into the fabric of Trinidad & Tobago's society, it sought the expertise of Ogilvy Caribbean for a rebranding project. The goal was to refresh the brand's identity and align it with the changing needs of consumers and the evolving financial landscape.
