As relative newcomers to the industry, Akal Chai rum and I embarked on a collaborative journey that would prove to be both challenging and rewarding. Akal Chai, a groundbreaking ultra-premium rum, sought to redefine the category by merging the artistry of tea masters, perfumiers, and distillers.
